Je suis fan de cette sauce légère et ultra gourmande avec du fromage blanc, du citron et de la ciboulette.

Elle est extrêmement facile à réaliser, se conserve jusqu’à 7 jours au réfrigérateur, pratique pour accompagner nos envies gourmandes, non ?

Surtout qu’elle est parfaite pour accompagner aussi bien des crudités à l’heure de l’apéro, qu’assaisonner une salade de pâte ou de concombre voir même en dip avec des nuggets de poulet maison ou des légumes rôtis au four.

Comment alléger une sauce à la crème ?

Ce type de sauce se prépare de façon classique avec de la crème fraiche épaisse, et donc elle est très calorique est grasse. La solution pour l’alléger très facilement est de remplacer la crème par du fromage blanc maigre.

En ajoutant un petit suisse nature, ou du Skyr, on obtient une sauce crémeuse comme il faut mais légère.

Je parfume ma sauce avec du jus de citron jaune et des herbes, selon mes envies de la ciboulette ou de l’aneth les deux fonctionnent à merveille. J’utilise des herbes surgelées, c’est parfait pour la préparer facilement.

Ingrédients

  • 200 g de fromage blanc
  • 100 g de skyr nature
  • 2 cuillères à soupe de ciboulette ciselée
  • 2 cuillères à soupe de jus de citron pressé
  • 1 pincée d’ail en poudre
  • Sel, Poivre

Instructions

  1. Dans un petit saladier, fouetter le fromage blanc et le skyr jusqu’à obtenir une texture lisse.
  2. Ajouter la ciboulette et le jus de citron.
  3. Mélanger puis assaisonner avec l’ail, le sel et le poivre.
  4. Mélanger à nouveau et réserver au réfrigérateur dans un pot fermé jusqu’à utilisation

Comment utiliser cette sauce ?

  • Apéro -> pour y tremper des bâtonnets de carottes, de concombre et des radis
  • Sauce salade -> pour une salade de pâtes et jeunes pousses d’épinards ou de mâche avec du saumon fumé ou bien avec du concombre
  • Sauce -> pour accompagner des légumes rôtis au four, à glisser au coeur d’une pomme de terre cuite au four entière ou d’une patate douce cuite en papillote, pour accompagner des nuggets maison ou des falafels

    je fais presque la même recette mais j’ajoute également de l’aneth ciselée avec la ciboulette. Et ca marche super bien sur le saumon ;-) auquel on peut ajouter quelques oeufs de saumon en plus
