Considering this anew business and newly certified staff. This isan amazing place! The people are super friendly and you can tell they care about your animal here.
It unfortunate tosee the negative reviews that all sound sochildish. Ifyou asked for aservice ata vet you shouldpay, ifthe vet tells you tocome back you should still make anappointment. Please take responsibility for your own negligence and don’t leave poor reviews for agrowing business.

Make sure you ask for price for everything theydo. While puppy was infor final rabies shot Iasked ifthey could show mehow totrim her nails. Person said Ican dothat. Took approximately 1minute and they charged me$26.00.
Guess Ishould have asked ifthere was charge but really think she should have said Ican doit but charge is
Won’t beback. Seems like very shady operation.00

Took our Lab inwith anear infection afew weeksago. Was very impressed with the convenience, level ofservice and professionalism. Weare using them instead ofour normal vet from nowon.

Me and mySon brought his dog Ocho (Presa Canario) into see them today with come tofind out was very serious. They never batted aneye with helpinghim. This team was very great and attentive toOcho.

Love this place! They take care ofmy lil Poppy with asuper kind hand. They are just great people totalk toand you can tell they really love animals and the animals knowit. You can tell when orif you pet isstandoffish with someone, well you won't deal with that here. They had Poppy relaxed and that's what matters most.

I wish Ididn’t have togive abad review, Iwas sohappy tohear anew walk-in clinic that isso needed inour area.But, was not happy with myinitial visit. Myolder dogs’ nails grow very uneven and hehas ahard time getting traction onthe stairs. Iwas told toget his nails cut every few weeks sothe quik grows back and easier tocut his nails. Myfriend took new kitties there and gave excellent review. Iwas unable toget into where his nails are cut soI left work early and rushedto get tonew clinic before closing. The clinic was very clean and only two people ahead ofme. Iexplained that Iwanted mydogs nails trimmed even and Iwas worried the dew claws seemed loose and needed trim. Iknew Ihad avery stressful week coming upand would beunable totake mydog toget nails trimmed. The tech waiting onme, sad tosay, seemed less than happy toaccomodateme. She looked down athis nails and said they don’t needcut. Iexplained Iwanted them trimmed even. Again, she said not necessary. Iexplained why Iwanted them trimmed and said please look again. Iask her toput him onthe table and look. She didn’t want todoit, instead ask mewhen was the last time they werecut, Ididn’t quite remember, she insisted whatday! Isaid roughly 3weeks ago soshe said they don’t need done and you don’t need tocut them for amonth ortwo more. Iexplained again that Iwas told toget them cut often and Itryto. She said nothat doesn’t matter.Now, Irushed here toget this done, mydog needed his nails trimmed and she was still sayingno. Iexplained the dew claws loose, she said I’ll trim itat nocharge but not the nails. She leaned down, Ithought she trimmedit, but once home Irealized she didn’t. Ialso tried toask her about aconsult withvet. Mydog has alot ofwarts and Iwant toremove some because they bleed when brushed. She said not needed, that kind ofdog gets warts.Yes, Irealize but Iwant them lookedat, hehas atleast 6different kind and heis onextensive medication for other health issues. Again, trying toask about aconsult seemed impossible, this vet tech was insisting that before Iask any questions about services Ihad topay for the vet consultation. She even called mydog bya different breed, similiar but wrong. Iwas really put off about this. Inthe end she acted like she did mea favor saying, there Ididn’t chargeyou. Yes but you didn’t doas request either. Iwas concerned that Iwasted mytime going tothis clinic. Such asimple request— trim his nails even— they were long and jagged. The next week Itook time off work and took him where Iusuallygo. There his nails were trimmed and anexcellent job ofcutting the fur and cleaning his pawsup. His nails definitely needed trimmed and this tech was more than happy todoit.So, Ifeel the tech atthe new clinic needs some training, professionally and maybe even some people skillstoo. Ican not understand orexplain her behavior but itshould bequestioned. This clinic isa valuable asset toour area, sad that atechnician could make one visit soworthless.… – show

Took this little kitten Ifound there. They fixed him right upand did not charged metoo much. Very happy alocal vet suggested this place, Def saved meat least $200and did not wait long!!!

Had 2visits here for kittens who were very sick. They were sofriendly knowledgeable. The service was quick only asmall.amount ofwait time. Easy chec inon there reception system. Love this place.
