I used togo togoodwill for all mychildren's Clothes. Iam very disappointed that they got rid ofthe fitting rooms. Idon't care tobuy 20pair ofpants totake home and try onand only beable toexchange them for more clothes you are not able totry onfirst. what awaste oftime.

The second hand clothing prices have skyrocketed here over the last two years orso. Iused tobuy lots ofsweatshirts and workout tops here, but prices have pretty much doubled. You'd bebetter off buying new clothing with your favorite brand when there's asale.Or, check out other thrift stores inWillmar instead.

Prices are extremely high for second hand clothing and various home decor items. The women's snow boots were more here than brand new ones atWalMart.

Can't try onclothes, have tobuy them and take them home and ifthey don'tfit, bring them back and exchange them since they don't dorefunds orin store credit. Great job ofinconveniencing customers, Goodwill. Won't beshopping here anymore.

It would have been nice toknow that the dressing rooms are temporarily closed before Ihad anarm full ofclothing that Ineeded totry on(because sizing oneach brand ofclothes differ). Please bethoughtful and let your customers know about this byputting asign onthe entrance doors toyour store aswell asa clearly marked sign when customers enter the store, after the entryway. Bydoingso, customers will beaware and might choose togo elsewhere tobuy clothing where they are able totry iton.
While Iwas inyour store, there were several disappointed customers who would have liked toknow about not being able totry onclothing asI had spoken with all ofthem about the situation. Asof rightnow, Iknow your policy for returns, isthat ifa customer buys clothing there, takes ithome totryon, and itdoesn'tfit, they can bring itback for store credit, which Ifeel isn't good enough. The clothing Iwas wanting totry on(capris, shorts, and jeans), were anywhere from $3.99—8.99and Iwill not buy the higher priced items especially without trying themon. Itis ahassle tohave togo back tothe store ifsomething doesn't fit asI am30minutes away and itwouldn't beworthit.
Staff was very rude about this matter when Iwas told about this, after not having seen the temporarily closed signs onthe dressing rooms, until itwas too late and Ialready had clothing Ineeded totryon, inmy arms. Staff made mefeel like Iwas dumb for not looking over atthe dressing rooms tosee the closed signs onthe dressing room doors, when Ihad started looking atclothing. Ido not come toWillmar alot, since it's adrive forme, especially ever since most Covid restrictions have been lifted, sohow amI supposed toknow that? Iwouldn't even had thought ofcalling your store toask ifdressing rooms were open, because Ithought all store's dressing rooms would beopen bynow.
Also, Ididn't get acart because Ididn't expect tofind somany clothing items that Iwanted totryon. Iwill not bereturning toyour Goodwill, ifI will betreated poorly. Other stores with dressing rooms have them open, such asWalmart, sowhy can't Goodwill?… – show00

Horrible experience. Meand myhusband were approached over 4times while westopped for various reasons. Itstarted tofeel like harassment. Two ofthe times employees asked meto wear amask which isunderstandable. Ido have amedical condition which Iexplained and can't wearone. The other two times wewere approached someone asked meif Iwas going tobuy the item Iwas holding and Isaid Iwasn't sure. She said ifI wasn't going tobuy itI had toput itback onthe shelf. Very strange. The other time anemployee said the kids can't beout ofthe cart (they were looking attoys). Definitely won't beshopping here again.approached 4times in20minutes and itwas not agood shopping experience… – show

If you find something you like that's not clothes, goto target and buy itnew inbox with all the pieces for cheaper. Want the $119telescope with amissing eye piece that has the $99target sticker onit covered inmarket? Just goget itfrom target for $99with the eye piece. Happens all the time.

If there isabig, bald guy working asa cashier there make sure heasks you ifyou want toround upyour total todonate totheir program. Ifhe doesn’task, heprobably already rounded upyour total and donated ithimself without tellingyou. He’s taking your money and you wouldn’t have even thought twice aboutit. Also check your receipt, itwill say iton theretoo. The CEO ofGoodwill doesn’t even donate, why are they always asking their customerstoo.

Great place toshop. Staff isfriendly and most ifnot all ofthe money earned goes toa good cause. The prices are cheap and the facility isclean. There isa large assortment ofclothes aswell aselectronics, books, music, decorations, toys and food. Iwanted totry out acar accessory sothe salesperson let metake itout tomycar, soas Isaid, very friendly and kind. There isalways something new; ifyou can’t find something you like, you aren’t looking hard enough.
